My good friend, Sonia Perez of Eating Off the Vine provided this delicious pepper jelly glazed ham recipe to us, and it has been my go-to ham recipe ever since. This luscious glaze is sweet with just the right amount of tart from the cranberries, and slightly spicy with the addition of your favorite Mrs. G’s jelly. We love the Mango Ginger Habanero. The ginger adds some holiday spice and the tropical flavor of mango is always delicious with pork, but you can substitute any of them. They are all delicious! I’m so excited to share her creation with you! It is easy and your guests will love it!
