
This recipe for hot wings is as easy as it is delicious. It is from our friend James (the Mushroom Guy), who used to be our “neighbor” at the Old Town Temecula Farmers’ Market when we first started our business. He loved our jellies and created this simple recipe for us. Thanks, James!
Ingredients:
- 7 oz. Mrs. G's Mango Ginger Habanero jelly (or your favorite flavor)
- 12-16 chicken wings
- 1-2 oz. balsamic vinegar
- 2-3 oz. soy sauce
- 2-3 green onions, sliced thin
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 15
Instructions:
- Season wings with salt and pepper. Place in 350 oven or deep fry until done.
- Combine the pepper jelly, soy sauce, balsamic and green onions and place in sauce pot. Bring to a simmer.
- When wings are done cooking, toss in the sauce and enjoy!
