Ja-Ha Vinaigrette

Kick up your vinaigrette with a few Tablespoons of Mrs. G's Ja-Ha!

Wake up your tastebuds when you add a little pepper jelly in your favorite dressings and marinades. Serve over salad or use as a marinade for grilled meats or vegetables. Hint:  Mango Ginger Habanero is great with Asian flavors - mix it in with your soy sauce or add a little to your terriyaki.

Don't forget to add a few spoonfuls of your favorite jelly to your favorite barbecue sauce.  It definitely takes your sauces to the next level!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 c. red wine or apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Mrs. G's Ja-Ha Jelly (or your favorite flavor)
  • 1 tsp coarse mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Servings: 4

Instructions:

  1. Whisk all ingredients together and serve over salad or use as a marinade for grilled meats or vegetables.
