Baked Brie with Pepper Jelly

Luscious baked brie with sweet and spicy Peach Habanero? Yes, please!

When we were in farmers' markets, one of the most common questions from customers was, "Have you ever tried pepper jelly on cream cheese?"  I would stifle a grin and say, "Yes, one or two times." To be honest, it's not my favorite.  I prefer the jellies with either hard cheeses or this delectable concoction!  But to each his or her own.  I will not argue!

This dish is easy enough for an indulgent weekday nosh for the family or elegant enough for a fancy dinner party.  Enjoy!


  • 1 8 oz. wheel brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup MRS.G'S Peach Habanero (or any flavor you like)
  • 1/8 cup chopped almonds, toasted
  • Crackers (recommend a neutral flavor and sturdy cracker)

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Servings: 6


  1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
  2. Carefully trim the top rind off of the brie to expose the cheese underneath.
  3. Spread the pepper jelly evenly on the top of the brie and place in a pie tin for about 10 minutes, or until it is bubbly.
  4. Remove from the oven, garnish with the almonds and enjoy with crackers!
